About Creative Studio

We are a small, efficient and fun in-house creative agency that provides graphic design, video, multimedia, print and production service for HolidayPirates Group globally.

Your Role

We are looking for a mid-level, professional Project Manager for our Creative Studio to support the team. Do you love the dynamic pace of design world and have you gained professional experience in managing creative projects? 

Yo-ho-ho! Then you are the pirate we are looking for!

Duties on deck:
  • Work directly with internal clients to understand project request, gather requirements, define objectives, deliverables and delivery dates, plan resources and develop clear and actionable project plans

  • Build strong working relationships with our internal client team members, establishing a role as a trusted resource and advisor

  • Initiate Studio’s internal projects and manage deliverables

  • Traffic management of our Jira Ticketing System and assuring everyone is following the guidelines

  • Manage and execute licence requests and monitor asset usage

  • Being the voice of the Studio for the rest of the company

  • Onboarding new Pirates to follow our processes

  • Be the focal point in answering internal and external questions

  • Manage the Studio’s budget

  • Book locations, travel and organise shoots

  • Facilitate and schedule meetings

  • Ensure the smooth running of the Creative Studio ie. deal with stationery and equipment orders for projects and shoots

  • Support innovation and brainstorms

Your treasure of experience:
  • Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Design or a related field

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced agency / design environment managing multiple creative projects

  • A proven track record of using analytical, innovative and quick-on-your-feet thinking to deliver projects on time and on budget

  • Advanced knowledge of formal project management methodologies

  • Experience in budget management and the ability to estimate and understand the cost implications of projects

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Advanced user of at least one task management system (Jira, Basecamp, Trello)

  • Professional knowledge of common office tools (Word/Pages/Google Docs, Powerpoint/Keynote/Google Slides, Excel/Google sheets)

  • Impeccable time management skills

  • Proactive and self-motivated problem solver that works well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Fluent English skills, spoken and written

Extra knots for:
  • Knowledge or experience of a creative role

  • Technical knowledge of Apple Macs

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications
