We are looking for a Working Student with interest in learning more about user analysis/research to join our User Insights Team and help us with roadmap creation, growth strategy, and to support in testing procedures, as well as data analysis. Our User Insights Team is responsible for providing Product, Marketing and Content with both qualitative and quantitative user data across all markets. The primary focus being to drive growth and conversion uplift through more informed decision making with the user in mind.
Duties on deck:
Support User Insights Team in scaling up analyses to other markets
Communicate findings and learnings to key stakeholders
Conducting research of industry trends, benchmarking, and latest advancements in technologies, tools and methods
Help with planning, organization and alignment of testing roadmap
Document processes, findings and next steps
Your treasure of experience:
You are enrolled in University for at least another 6 months aiming a degree in Marketing, Psychology, Maths, Social Sciences, Communication or similar
Great organization, communication and planning skills
Passion for making things better (from products to processes)
Interest in marketing, research, experimentation and/or big data
Very good experience with Excel or interest in learning it
Native German Speaker with high level of English – additional languages are a plus!
