You have some CRM experience, are a quick learner, you like to take on responsibility and work in a team?

Yo-ho-ho! Then you are the pirate we are looking for!

Duties on deck:
  • Improve the performance of our campaigns by focusing on personalization, messaging and segmentation

  • Support the CRM team in driving projects on our main channels App Push, Email, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp

  • Plan, coordinate and execute experiments and A/B tests

  • Assist the team in running our lead generation campaigns by implementing messenger bots, referral software, etc.

  • Enable constant optimisation of CRM performance numbers through reporting and data analysis

  • Support country teams to achieve their grow targets through CRM activities

Your treasure of experience:
  • 1 year of CRM experience

  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Emarsys, Braze, Firebase, Chatfuel, etc.)

  • You are a quick learner and love to be thrown into the deep end

  • Analytical and structured thinker

  • Very good English skills

  • Very good Excel or Google sheets skills

  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with different teams

  • Self-motivated and able to efficiently complete tasks without close supervision

  • Experience with JIRA

  • Experience with messenger bots
